Horn Freehand

  1. I recently acquired this pipe from my friend after his sudden passing. We had become good friends through Rugby many years ago and went on to play Gaelic Football together and then Cricket on Sundays after he joined The Pipe Club of OTR in Cincinnati. After Cricket we would always head to the bar to have some pints, pipes and reminisce of the crazy stuff we had done in our lives… and the stuff we had yet to do. Sadly on January 1st, 2017 he was taken from this world unexpectedly. This pipe was given to me from his collection. I will never part with it. I smoke it from time to time. And it will always remind me of my good friend John. Thank you for creating such a beautiful piece of art that he enjoyed, and now I get to enjoy.

    • Hi Curt. Thank you for the kind words and I’m sorry for your loss. I’m so glad to hear something that I created can bring you those fond memories of your friend. It’s always comforting as an artist to know that somebody appreciates your work and if it brings back memories of a lost friend, well, that’s better still. I truly hope you enjoy many more pints with the Horn Freehand in your hand.

      All the Best
