If you are not completely happy with your pipe, for any reason, simply return it *unsmoked* and in the original condition within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Edwin pipes also carry a one year warranty against defects in material or craftsmanship (unless otherwise noted on its ownership certificate).

I typically make pipes of my own design to post and sell on social media. However, I would not say that I never do commissions. If you’d like to discuss a project, contact me through one of the methods listed above and I may be able to accommodate. If I am available to do a commission, I typically ask for 50% down to get started with the balance due when it ships.
