Here’s a pic of both the Ebonite (larger rod) and the delrin (smaller rod stock). I think I’ll do five stems at a time rather than do them all at once. I figure that will break it up a little and things won’t get too repetitive.

 

 

 

Next is a pic of the ebonite cut with the delrin tenon added. Next it will be off to the lathe for some turning and shaping.
